Generational Intelligence
Hosted by Express Employment Professionals

Join Express Employment in their 2nd Live Leadership Event of 2025 ~ Generational Intelligence!

About the Event
In today's diverse workplace and society, conversations about generational differences are everywhere — but too often, they stop at surface-level stereotypes. This 2-hour session invites participants to think deeper by defining Generational Intelligence — the practical, empathetic skill of recognizing and respecting generational experiences without falling into the trap of labeling, bias, or division.

Over this dynamic two-hour session, we will explore:

  • What Generational Intelligence is: A new way to understand and bridge generational divides, focusing on real human experiences over clichés.
  • A Brief History of Generational Labeling: How the modern habit of naming and categorizing generations (like "Boomers," "Gen X," "Millennials," "Gen Z") evolved — and what we gained and lost in the process.
  • Shared Generational Experiences: How major historical events, cultural shifts, and technological leaps shape the values, work habits, and communication styles across different generations.
  • The Dangers and Biases of Generational Labeling: How stereotypes can limit individuals, cause unnecessary conflict, and prevent organizations and communities from tapping into the full potential of their people.
  • Building Generational Intelligence Skills: Practical takeaways for leaders, managers, and teams on how to foster understanding, honor differences, and build more cohesive and innovative environments
