But how do we move from referee to resolution? Toxic Teams & Drama Queens is a high-energy, strategy-packed session designed to give HR professionals the tools to navigate conflict with confidence.

Presenter Bio:

Annie Monyok is the Founder and CEO of Monyok Leadership, where she helps organizations build smart strategies, strong teams, and standout brands. With a background in HR and a sharp eye for practical solutions, Annie brings clarity, momentum, and a business partner mindset to every client.

An ICF and HRCI certified facilitator, Annie leads fast-paced, practical sessions designed to spark real change. Hands-on activities, candid conversations, and creative tools to tackle conflict, build culture, and get unstuck.

Event Location: CityView @ Illinois Terminal (In-Person) & Teams (Virtual)

For in-person attendance, arrive at the main entrance of Illinois Terminal (45 East University Ave, Champaign) and go left to take the elevators to the 4th floor. There is free parking to the east of the railroad tracks in the lot that is south of Chester St. and west of Water St. If you choose this parking, you would walk under the viaduct on Chester St. to head to Illinois Terminal. However, you can choose to pay for parking in the lot outside of the terminal.  

Please note: Virtual attendees may experience a more limited program, as some activities—such as breakout group discussions—are designed for in-person participation.

This session will be eligible for both SHRM and HRCI Credits.
