You've heard that gratitude is good for you and you "should" do more of it. A recent study shows it may even be associated with living longer. Gratitude is also essential for healthy and successful organizations and a better society as a whole. How do you incorporate gratitude into your life without it being yet another thing to feel guilty about not doing? Learn tips and tricks and practice giving and receiving gratitude with grace until it becomes second nature.
